The Sustainable Growth Strategy invests in companies and projects with the intention of generating a social and/or environmental impact, alongside a financial return. The strategy targets “lifestyle enhancement” by capturing attractive, long-term real returns over time via a sustainable theme.
This strategy focuses on risk-adjusted returns and positive impact. The multi-asset portfolio will derive returns from an increase in the value of investments as well as yield, and will have a bias to super secular and secular themes.
The portfolio is suitable for investors:
- seeking to invest for 10 years or more
- wanting to generate returns as well as positive environmental and social impact
- who are prepared to tolerate high risk
- who are prepared to tolerate fluctuations in the capital value of their investment
