With over 3 years of experience in our Compliance team, she has been instrumental in managing compliance and operational risk. Her commitment to professional development is evident through her achievements, including obtaining her ICA Diploma in GovernanceRisk and Compliance and CISI certification in Sustainable and Responsible Investment.

Fuelled by a strong passion for the environment and possessing a keen analytical eye, Lydia has taken a natural step in her career by transitioning to the Investment Team to focus on sustainable research.
